Scarborough Travel and Holiday Lodge, The
The Scarborough Travel and Holiday Lodge won the Outstanding Customer Service Award at the 2010 Discover Yorkshire Coast Tourism Awards. It offers comfortable bedrooms, a bistro and free off road parking. This budget lodge-style accommodation is a 10-minute walk from the town centre and 800 metres from the Spa Complex and South Bay. The well equipped bedrooms feature a TV, radio and a shower room. Family rooms can sleep up to 5 people: 2 adults and 3 children or 3 adults. There is an on-site pool room and patio area. The relaxing Crosby’s Bar offers a range of beverages, and the rustic Funny Onion Bistro serves breakfasts daily using local produce. The lodge has over 10 years experience with educational visits. Group bookings are taken by prior arrangement. There is an ongoing refurbishment programme in place to upgrade the accommodation. When booking, a refurbished room cannot be guaranteed.
